Our First Ever Live Show!
It’s true, after four+ years of doing this show, we’re doing a live event for the very first time. It’s in Boston, at WBUR’s live event space, on Friday, September 13th. Which also happens to be Niki’s birthday! Tickets are available now, and here’s a little more info. Please spread the word to anyone and everyone in the Boston area!
It’s Conventions Week
The Democrats are gathering in Chicago this week for the DNC. It may not be as contentious as past conventions, or even as contentious as we expected this year’s to be. But one thing we can guarantee — it will be weird and awkward.
Especially during the day, political conventions are surprisingly shaggy affairs. Sometimes you find yourself thinking “gosh, they’ll really let anyone up on that stage.” And even during prime time, you end up with moment where, say, an aging westerns star talks to an empty chair for twelve minutes…
